PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms that apply when you place a pre-order with us. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-Orders & Payment

  • All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • Once placed, all orders are considered final and cannot be changed.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Estimated shipping time will be confirmed by email once we receive your order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your region and shipping carrier availability.

  • Please keep an eye on your inbox for your estimated delivery date (“ETA”).

  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to change.

3. Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, except as required by UK consumer law.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, unless the product is exempt (see Section 4).

  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) before the cancellation period ends.

4. Exemptions

  • If your order is for a personalised, customised, or made-to-order item, you will not be entitled to cancel unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Standard t-shirts (non-customised) remain subject to your 14-day cancellation rights.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you cancel within the legal timeframe, you must return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
