1. Cancellation Rights

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

• To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or post) before the 14-day period ends.

2. Returns Process

• If you cancel, you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for return postage costs.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

4. Exemptions

• You cannot cancel or return personalised, customised, or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
